Cartridge Refurbishment for Plus

If you've ever used a PlumTec, you've probably heard of it at least once, yes! It's cartridge regeneration.

To be frank, "cigarette capsules" can be smoked for more than 50 puffs, and since five capsules cost about 500 yen, each capsule costs 100 yen, it would be a waste to throw them away immediately after the signal is given.

But the cartridge itself contains only enough liquid for five cigarette capsules, so even if you think it's a waste, you have to throw it away because eventually the liquid in the cartridge is gone.

But what if the cartridge itself could be recycled, so that one cigarette capsule could be smoked 1.5 times?

What you need for cartridge regeneration

First, there is one cartridge for the used plus.

A precision screwdriver (flat blade) is useful to work with.

The last thing you need is the liquid to put inside.

Cartridge regeneration procedure

1. check the fittings of the cartridge.

Screw a precision screwdriver (flat-blade screwdriver) into the boundary. 2.

3. Remove the lid using the principle of leverage.

4. remove the plastic part with copper wire.

5. Insert a precision screwdriver into the hole in the center and pull it out.

6. Gently remove the silicone parts so as not to scratch them.

7. next, remove something like a degreasing cotton ball.

9. Check the hole for liquid.

Notes on Cartridge Playback

Be careful of the direction when re-setting.

When you finish putting in the liquid and then reattach the cotton ball, silicone part, and lid, be careful of the orientation of the silicone part.

If inserted in an odd way, it may not only fail to energize, but may also damage the copper wire or the part itself.
It would be a good idea to have it put back with reference to the image.

Gently remove and gently install the dewaxing cotton wool.

Note that this cotton ball also serves as a simple lid for the liquid tank and may leak if it is torn.

It is a bit easy to cut (I made one mistake, sweat), so please be very careful if you decide to try it.

The outside of the silicone part is not grizzled.

Since this silicone part is the last fortress to prevent liquid leakage, if the area around the silicone part is scratched, liquid may leak from there.
